CAIRNS, Australia - Steve Irwin, the hugely popular Australian television personality and conservationist known as the "Crocodile Hunter," was killed Monday by a stingray while filming off the Great Barrier Reef. He was 44.

Dah banyak kali sangat kita dengar pasal pemburu buaya yang gila-gila sorang nie mati.tapi kali nie beliau betul betul menemui ajalnya kerana dikatakan telah di libas oleh seekori kan pari yang besar di bahagian dadanya.akhirnya dia telah menghembuskan nafasnya yang terakhir.lepas nie kita tidak akan lagi melihat telatahnya yang lucu ketika mengendalikan rancangan tv berbentuk kisah binatang.kesian bini dan anak dia......

Sy rasa isteri dan anak dia sedih serta bangga kerana kematian Steve adalah semasa 'berjuang'..Dan sy juga pasti anak Steve akan menyambung perjuangan ayahnya...He's gonna become the next Crocodile Hunter..

Personally, I felt like losing a family member when the news that Steve Irwin had died was aired. I am a great fan of his. Had I gone ahead to be at the Singapore Zoo a few months back on the day Steve launched the "Australian Outback" I would have met him. But alas, that was not to be. I went to the zoo two days later on a Night Safari. But my nephew and niece will forever cherish the pieces of paper which Steve Irwin autographed while he was at a hotel in Singapore quite some time ago. May his family be strong in this loss. May his soul rest in peace.
